Ingredients
- 6 Slices Peppered Bacon
- 3 Chicken Breasts 8oz each
Instructions
- 5 C Heavy Cream
- 2 C Chopped Spinach
- 3 Tomatoes Diced
- 1/2 C Sun Dried Tomatoes Chopped
- 6 Cloves Garlic
- Salt, Pepper, Paprika to taste
- Fresh Parmesan Grated
- Fresh Parsley Chopped
- Dice Bacon and Cook
- Brown Chicken in bacon grease 2 min per side
- same Pan…..Add Cream, Spinach, Tomatoes, Garlic….Mix Together
- Add Chicken to Pan
- Top w Cheese
- 375 for 25 Minutes
- Broil for 5 minutes
- Serve over Pasta
- Top w Bacon and Parsley
- 3 Pieces of Pecan
